ELEMENTARY CHILDREN
Elementary Children—Prek3-Grade5

What We Do
Dream Catchers Recreation camp programs for Elementary school children aged approximately 4–10 years (Pre-K to Grade 5)
The Concept Behind Dream Catchers Holiday Recreation Programs
The idea behind Dream Catchers Holiday Recreation Programs is to transform school holidays into meaningful opportunities for children to explore, discover, learn, and grow beyond the traditional classroom environment. We believe that school breaks should offer more than just time away from academics. They should provide children with opportunities to experience new activities, develop interests, build friendships, gain confidence, and discover abilities they may not have had the chance to explore during the regular school year.
Our programs are designed around the philosophy of learning through experience, exploration, and play, without the pressures of academic assessments, competition, or the expectation of mastering a particular skill. By introducing children to a diverse range of activities across Sports, Visual Arts, Performing Arts, Music, STEM, Science, Culinary Arts, and Adventure-Based Learning, we encourage them to step outside their comfort zones, try something new, and develop a genuine interest in learning. Every activity is structured to be enjoyable, age-appropriate, inclusive, and engaging, allowing children of different abilities and interests to participate with confidence.
A key feature of Dream Catchers is our multi-activity approach, which gives children exposure to several different disciplines rather than concentrating exclusively on one specialised program. This variety encourages all-round development by combining physical movement, creative expression, critical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, communication, and social interaction. Children may discover a passion for robotics, develop an interest in cooking, gain confidence through theatre, or experience the excitement of learning a new sport. The emphasis is not necessarily on how well they perform, but on their willingness to participate, experiment, and enjoy the process of discovery.
Our vision is to make high-quality holiday recreation programs accessible to children across schools and communities. By collaborating with educational institutions, schools, and other suitable venues, Dream Catchers aims to provide professionally organised holiday experiences that complement the learning and development children receive during the academic year. These programs can be tailored to different age groups, available facilities, school calendars, and community requirements, while maintaining a consistent focus on safety, quality instruction, variety, and student engagement.
We also recognise the growing need for structured, screen-free recreational opportunities that encourage children to remain physically active, mentally stimulated, and socially connected during their holidays. Our programs offer a healthy balance of movement, creativity, discovery, and interaction, helping children develop independence, resilience, cooperation, and self-confidence in a supportive environment.
Our Purpose
To make every school holiday an opportunity for children to discover something new, experience the joy of learning without pressure, develop meaningful friendships, and create lasting memories.
At Dream Catchers, we believe that every new experience has the potential to spark a lifelong interest, build confidence, and inspire a child’s future. Our goal is not simply to keep children occupied during the holidays, but to make their time away from school just as valuable, enjoyable, and enriching as their time in the classroom.
